Sakina
Empowering our Young Women

Programme Overview
Sakina is an 8week creative empowerment programme for young Muslim girls to explore identity, confidence and sisterhood through the language of art. Each week blends discussion, reflection, and handson creative activities — from collages to visual storytelling — giving girls a space to express who they are and what matters to them. With a focus on faith, culture, mental wellbeing and using their voice, Sakina helps participants build selfesteem, connect deeply with others, and see the power of their own stories — all in a safe, supportive and imaginative space designed just for them.
